Copper Alloy Tube - Manufacturing process
We manufacture Copper Alloy tube in consistent procedure starting from raw material mixing (i.g Cu, zinc, nickel, and etc.), then through Extrusion, Reducing, Drawing, Annealing, and inspection processes to the packing.
Each process shall be controled by our strict QMS, and correspond to official standards and customer's requests.
Optionally, we are able to handle Rotating eddy probe coil method and inner eddy current test if requested. We also deal with the special fabricated tubes such as inner coating,
U-bending, Low-finned tube on basis of high quality tube manufactured from start to finish.
