Eddy Current Test
As the diagnosis for the tube of heat exchanger, the follw methods such as inner Eddy Current Test shall be applied
Inner Eddy Current Test
Eddy Current Test for heat exchanger shall be required to be high-accuracy, enough reliability, and rapidly. We arrange the adequate condition of inspection adapted corrsion type, and high-accuracy analyzing. We report these inspection records for the immediate correspond.
Observation by CCD-camera
Depending on the result of Eddy Current Test and request of the customer, we are able to inspect the inside surface of the tube by CCD-camera additionally.
Extubation-investigation
Investigate the extubation of the heat exchanger and discover the cuase and the estimated corrosion-depth of inner Eddy Current Test. So that we suggest the adequate corrosion prevention method.
Investigate the cause of corrosion
Analyze and investigate the condition of protection film and the corrsion type of the tube by using Microscope, SEM, EDX analyzer etc so that we are able to estimate the cause of corrosion.
Investigate the property of the protection film
As for the investigation of the protection film, analyze the polarization resistance and components of the film, in additon, evaluate the heat transmission of the film by using Heat Transmission Coefficient Device.
