Attention to the operation
lease pay attention to followings same as forming the initial film by Fe injection.
Keep the velocity as normal from initial water passing because sea creatures would stick to the inner surface of the tube with slow velocity and be harmful for protection film.
Leaving the tube wetted with seawater shall be the cause of corrosion, degradation of the film. When it needs to leave the tube for long period, please clean the inside of the tube up by fresh water then enough dry.
Do not excessive inject chlorine.

Resin coating tube

  • Resin coating has high corrosion resistance against the corosion caused by temporarilly polluting water.
  • It has excellent durability for physically cleaning such as Spongie ball cleaning, so that this item is suitable for the water need to rempve some deposits.
  • About 5% Decrease of coefficient of overall heat transmission in Condenser's aluminum brass tube with resin coating, which is excellent performance.
    It also prevents the decreasing of coefficient of overall heat transmission as it reduces a pollution by corrosion product during use.

Attention to the operation
If KC tube was ued with Cathodic protection, it might cause swell of film at the tube end. KC coating has good adhesion so that it would decrease the swell, however,
it is strongly recomended to control the electric potential as -500~550mV SCE at the vicinity of tubesheet when using potentiostat.
Prevent inflow of foreign substance since sharp matter shall scratch the protection film.
