About Us

Since the opening of the Moji Plant in 1917 as the first plant for Kobe Steel's aluminum and copper-related businesses of Kobe Steel, we have created new sites and developed each business.

In 1988, part of the business, which is the cornerstone of the company, was spun off from the Moji Plant, as Shinko Metal Products Co., Ltd. We has continued to operate under a distinctive product lineup based on copper alloy pipes.

In April 2022, all shares were transferred to Marunouchi Capital Co., Ltd. to make a new start, and from January 2023, for proceeding the further business operations, we are merging with KMCT Corporation, whose shares were also transferred to Marunouchi Capital.

After the merger, we will organize the "Moji Metal Products Division" under KMCT Corporation, and continue to carry out integrated manufacturing and sales operations. We are determined to contribute to society as "Moji Metal Products", which is always trusted by our customers, by continuously developing our distinctive technical capabilities and product lineup.
